Great family stay

We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay.

Fabulous location!

Absolutely loved our 3 day stay. Plenty of room for our party of 8, the house was amazing and really well provisioned. Elly was so easy to communicate with and helpful with instructions and recommendations The location is just amazing and we would definitely stay here again

Magical weekend stay

Our group had a lovely relaxing weekend at Berowra Waters. We enjoyed the kayaks, standup paddle boards and fishing. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view was magical. We can’t wait to have another visit!

Long weekend

Beautiful house and river setting. Fun and unique to arrive by boat. Rented a bbq boat from the marina for a day exploring the river. Highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Amazing location for a Family Holiday!

Spectacular views. Waterfront with private jetty gave us time for Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more activities on the property. Family age range from 21 to 78 all had a fantastic time. Highly recommended.

Great family holiday in a beautiful location

We had a fantastic weekend away with the family! The location was excellent as it is easily accessible from Sydney. There is lots to do in the area and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks and also using the jacuzzi and the kayaks. Elly was a fabulous host and was really easy to communicate with!

Amazing home, phenomenal views

This property was perfect for our family getaway. Relaxing on the deck, trips along the river in the boat, more relaxing on the deck and cosy fire for the nights. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful, Berowra

NINE was a wonderful weekend away for our family. Despite being in the winter, the home is warm, and full of charm. We immensely enjoyed the SUPs, tinny, hot tub and wonderful recommendations of host, Elly. Amazing house in an amazing location

Great house with everything you need inside and everything you need outside to enjoy the location right on the water. So exciting arriving by boat and being able to explore the river in the boat provided or kayaks. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Deck is huge and so relaxing to sit on the lounge. Will be back.

Beautiful house in paradise

A lovely property in a picture perfect location. We had a lovely weekend celebrating my husband's 40th with close friends. Fishing was great. We had mechanical issues with the tinny but that is not the owners fault. Besides that our 2 night stay was wonderful and look forward to returning in the future

Amazing!

Thank you so much Elly for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family had the most amazing time there - the house was even more spectacular than the photos! I spent a lot of time soaking up the views from the incredibly comfy sofa on the top balcony. We spent hours fishing, kayaking, jumping off the pontoon and then came back to stunning bathrooms, the biggest kitchen I have ever used and such comfy beds! Elly and Col couldn’t have been more helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

Ladies weekend

A wonderful way to spend a few days. Very relaxing right on the rivers edge. So peaceful. High tea delivered by boat from Sydney High Tea is a absolute high light. Only negative would be no fly screens on bathroom windows and the lovres don’t seal so you are sharing with creepy crawlies. Otherwise just perfect and we’ll provided for.
