"We booked this room but couldn’t stay, we left immediately but they would not give us a refund. The desk lady put a man on the phone who said I could get a refund through hotels.com. I booked this place because we needed 3 beds. It had 2 and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was so dirty, no sheets, very thin, very stained mattress. There was a big spider in the room just walking across the floor. The lady in the office gave us the key for another room. I told her we need a usable sofa bed. This one had a very dirty mattress too, falling apart and no sheets. I asked for a refund and she put a man on the phone to speak to me. He offered me another room, by this point my head was pounding and I felt nauseous from the perfume and filth. I left and stayed at a clean hotel nearby. This place was so dirty that I still felt dirty after going to another hotel and showering. I was in the room less than 3 minutes total. I hope they atleast refund the $100 it cost me. I’m very displeased and I do not recommend. I took pictures of the mattresses. No stars given. I suggest paying the extra money for a cleaner place to sleep. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Much appreciated after a long drive. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Definitely worth the money and one of the nicer places I've stayed. I didn't use the gym or pool so I can't say much for those. Overall very happy with my stay and will come back if I'm traveling there again. "
