She was very kind, took my info and said she would check the laundry. I did not get her name."

"First of all, the A/C was cranked very high like I like and the room w as very cool upon entry... that's a plus for me! Room appeared to be newly remodeled. Bed was not too firm, not too soft. Papa Bear was happy. Pillows were firm like I like, and towels were newish. Everything functioned properly and was great for my business stay. Floor treatment clicked everywhere, but was not obtrusive. Ice machine was empty when I arrived, but I checked in very late. I went to the front office and the sweet lady tending gave me a full bag of ice."
