This ground-floor, two-room apartment (approx. 40 m², first floor) is modern, new, yet cozy. It features a stylish living/dining area with an electric fireplace, a large sofa, a dining nook, and a flat-screen TV, while the adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and glass-ceramic cooktop. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available. From the bedroom, which features a double bed and a closet, you have access to the shower room with a toilet.

This apartment includes the veranda next to the main entrance of Villa Frische Brise. Here you can start your day with breakfast in the morning.

Villa Frische Brise features six stylish vacation apartments ranging from 40 m² to 95 m² that can accommodate up to four people. Located in the heart of Westerland, near the pedestrian zones of Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße, the promenade, and the main beach, this beautiful seaside-style city villa is a true gem.

Unfortunately, the apartments at Villa Frische Brise do not have their own parking spaces, but you can park for free on one of the side streets right next to the building. There are approximately 15–20 spaces available here; otherwise, there is also a public parking lot (Johann Möller Str parking lot) directly in front of the entrance to Frische Brise, though this does incur a fee.
