App. Kramer 10 Location: The apartment is on the 2nd Floor (elevator after 8 steps) of an apartment house in a central location in Westerland in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone Friedrichstrasse. Since the apartment is on the back of the building facing west, it is a very quiet location. It is about 300 m to the beach. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 50 m². For up to four people. Equipment: The newly renovated apartment has a living room with open access to the kitchen and balcony, a bedroom and a shower room. In the living room a. a comfortable corner leather set with sleep function for 2 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped. From the west balcony you can see the garden and houses further away. The bedroom has a double bed, a sufficiently large wardrobe and an additional TV. The bathroom is a shower room. A rocker parking space with a height restriction of 150 cm is located in the garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
