App. Sandpiper 3-room apartment location: The house in which this apartment is located is in a very quiet location set back on the beach road, a pedestrian zone, in the middle of Westerland. The parking space behind the house can be rented for an additional charge. Access is via Strandstrasse (with a special permit) from Maybachstrasse (between Hotel Stadt Hamburg and the Sparkasse). To leave the property, drive along the beach road towards the beach to Commerzbank and then right into Bohmhoffstrasse. All rooms are on the ground floor. The very sheltered small terrace has a courtyard character. Size about. 70 m². For up to four people. Equipment: The modern furnished apartment has a design flooring. The open kitchen is fully equipped, u. a. with dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a spacious sofa in the living room and the dining area in front of the patio door. Two bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200) are aligned to the quiet courtyard, on which the car parking space is located. One of these bedrooms has its own shower room and a second shower room can be reached from the hallway. In the living room there is a CD stereo system and a TV, a second TV is in one of the bedrooms. Internet access (WiFi) is offered free of charge. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.

Tolle Woche im Herbst

Wir haben in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung eine tolle Woche verbracht. Sie ist sehr geäumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, 2 schöne Bäder und bezogene Betten haben unsbesonders gut gefallen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Für eine Woche im Herbst war für uns die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand, zur Sylter Welle und der Innenstadt optimal. Da die kleine Terasse im Innenhof ohne großartigen Ausblick liegt, würden wir es im Hochsommer wohl eher nicht buchen. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne!! Können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
