This charming 1-room holiday apartment in the “Hanseatenhaus” offers a comfortable holiday home for up to 3 people on approximately 42 square metres on the 8th floor (with lift). Thanks to its exclusive location, you’ll enjoy a unique view over the rooftops of Westerland all the way to the sea. Its central location means the pedestrian zone, promenade, and beach are just a few steps away. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING/SLEEPING AREA WITH SOUTH/WEST-FACING BALCONY**
The spacious living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable fold-down bed (2x 100x200 cm) and an additional sleeper sofa. A TV and a dining area with three chairs provide additional comfort. Another sleeping area (90x200 cm) is located in the apartment’s entryway. From the living area, you have direct access to the south/west-facing balcony, which offers impressive views and plenty of sunshine.

The open, built-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers every convenience, including a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
