"Nothing unique. Simply exceptional value in a prime location. Friendly, clean, quiet, …. Comfortable. Only negative would be just a basic continental breakfast. But, to be fair a hot breakfast was not promised. "

"This HIE unit is clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It's a bit further from Western Carolina University than the Comfort Inn but will be our go to from here on out. Everything, including level of service, way exceeded the other options. Definitely recommend. "

"Breakfast was just a muffin and coffee or juice. But that was fine with us. We're not breakfast people very much. The room was comfortable ,clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our trip. Will stay here again. "

"We loved staying here. Great communication. Easy check-in and out. The location is perfect. Comfy beds. Other small towns could benefit by using your business model. The shower had great water pressure, but the temperature was too hot. It took almost 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Once it was hot, it wouldn't go back to warm or cool. We were told that happens because it is an old building with old pipes. We love staying in old places that have been brought back to life. Old buildings and old pipes have never been an issue. "
