We've had the best experience ever. From our arrival Cindy did a great job checking us up. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team is great. The lady in the breakfast room is extraordinary. The location is just perfect surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Definitely Brandon and his team will give you a beautiful customer service experience. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back soon. Thank you!

We loved our double bed suite room. The sofa section created distance between beds and bathroom. Really enjoyed the white light lamp over the reading chair (with is own table) The mattresses and pillows were very comfy and the thermostat worked. Clean bathroom too. We will book this hotel again. Breakfast was standard, except there was a pancake machine instead of a waffle maker. It is nice they provide water, coffee, and tea all the time.

In town for SU Family weekend and had not planned on staying overnight but due to unplanned circumstances we needed to find and hotel at the last minute and there were either no rooms anywhere or the prices were (gouged) upwards 700$ and more just for the night. Lucked out getting the last room at this Great Place - still higher than usual rate but reasonable enough considering! What a wonderful respite and relief it was to enter the welcoming lobby with a table of halloween theme treats and free snacks (even beer) The room was so cozy, beds soft and pillows fluffy. The hotel was booked full but super quiet! Breakfast was delicious and they had a hot chocolate station with actually sugar free hot chocolate!! So impressed. DeDarius was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed checking in. I usually stay at the HIG in LIverpool, or the Crafstman but I'm staying here from now on! Thanks for a great experience Holiday Inn Express!
