“It was a beautiful cabin, exactly what we needed to get away from the city and just disconnect. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, just something to think about. Overall an amazing little getaway. ”

“Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, but received a credit for that. The dishes and cookware were sticky as if whoever was there previously did not completely wash them.
The gas fireplace was turned off, but he owner came quickly to ignite it.
Over-all we would rent it again. The cabin is in a beautiful spot and only about a 40 minute drive to Skyline drive.”

“We had a great visit to the farmhouse. The house is very clean and has a great layout for a larger family with kids. Plenty of space to be together and not feel cramped. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We loved being outside, the yard is large with outdoor games for fun. We stargazed at night and ate all our meals on the deck. The trailheads are down the road. We really enjoyed exploring Nicholson Hollow with our kids. We are looking forward to coming again! ”

“Our stay at Sun Dancer was great! Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our location to Old Rag Mountain was convenient for doing the hike. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at night and seeing the star filled sky. We walked the trails on the property. They were a little overgrown but still doable. We would see a mother and baby fox every day down the driveway. As much as I don't like to cut down trees, it would be nice if one of the trees in front of the house was not there. It……
