“we just needed somewhere to stay for 1 night and it meant those needs.It is obviously just a business as it lacks any homely feel to it- very basic, lacking in comfort and little effort made to make the guests feel that any additional efforts have been made.the dirty tissue left on the dining chair did not help assure us that it had been cleaned properly… ”

“The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. Even had a lovely wood fire whilst watching the stars. Recommend highly for a relaxing weekend break. Will be going back forSure. Thank you”

“Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again.”

“This property was perfect for what we wanted. The whole house was well-equipped and the games room was excellent. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a supermarket and retail park. Communications with the host were spot on.”

“The cottage has a open plan, it had a large stunning wood burning stove ,with wood mantelpiece and bricks, Kitchen with a island table with plenty cupboards space , with pots and pans , Dishes glasses, oven, microwave, hob coffee maker ,toaster and a kettle, Kings size bed ,two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, dining area They have thought of everything, from cleaning materials to towels hoover and floor mop , place is impeccable very clean , welcome basket with wine and biscuits. “Never received the check in details correctly had to spend first 10 minutes giving details before I gained access to room there’s no reception to resolve anything all done by phone Advertised as city view not the best of views Room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need for your stay The little cave area that’s converted to a seating area was quirky This hotel is like a shared air BnB you have your room but access to a full kitchen washer and dryer with a separate area with tables……
