Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte.

Beautiful house and swimming pool
We had a lovey time staying at Ivanovci. The house is beautiful and very well looked after. Our children especially loved the pool. We enjoyed fishing at a nearby lake and had an amazing meal at Zeleni Gaj and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
