Wonderful house in the Giant Mountains
Excellent house and location. Very helpful property manager and a great breakfast is also available. My next visit to Silesia will definitely be here!

Rundum erholsamer Kurzurlaub :)
Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit einer größeren Gruppe da und hatten 2 wunderschöne Tage hier. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Nutzung von Banja und Sauna waren unkompliziert und auch preislich sehr fair. Sämtlichen Anfragen wurde sehr schnell nachgekommen. Besonders gut hat uns auch das morgendliche Frühstück gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für unsere große Familiengruppe (12 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) war das gesamte Haus mit 8 Schlafzimmern optimal. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad und wir konnten die Küche alleine nutzen. Es gab die Möglichkeit früh Brötchen zu erhalten und wir konnten die Sauna anheizen und die Außenwanne wurde auf Wunsch geheizt. Das Wetter war drei Tage sehr nass so dass wir dieses Angebot sehr gern nutzten. Die Kinder begeisterte das extra Spielzimmer. Dass täglich ein Ansprechpartner verfügbar Fragen etc. war fanden wir ebenfalls gut (Kommunikation auf Englisch). Die Lage des Objektes lässt kleinere und größere Wanderungen / Ausflüge optimal zu - es gibt direkt vor Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diese sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein wunderbares Haus, tolle Umgebeung, super Service!
Wir waren 4 Tage mit 10 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern zu Gast. Das Haus ist einfach super. Alle Angaben und Bilder von der Webseite haben sich vor Ort bestätigt und sogar noch übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind individuell aber sehr modern eingerichtet, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind super nutzbar. Die Küche und der Essbereich mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Sauna und die Banja sind echt der Hammer! Das Außengelände ist ruhig gelegen, nur das Rauschen des Baches ist zu hören, die Kinder haben viel Auslauffläche und einen schönen Spielplatz. Das Parken vor dem Objekt ist gut organisiert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der gute Service vor Ort! Reinigung und Hausservice spielen sich völlig im Hintergrund ab - es ist immer jemand da, der alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir danken für die tolle Zeit und empfehlen das "Haus am Bach" auf jeden Fall weiter!

Super Feriendomizil für eine große Familie
Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Haus. Für unsere Zwecke genau das richtige. 8 saubere Zimmer, ein schöner Spielplatz. Es gab genügend Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen, eine große Terasse, ein sehr schöner Grillplatz, eine große Küche und für Abends ein sehr schönes Kaminzimmer. Die Banja und die Sauna waren natürlich genau das richtige. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wenn wir noch mal in die Gegend fahren, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in das Haus am Bach!

Entspannung pur!
Wir verbrachten als eine große Gruppe von ca. 25 Personen eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Anreise, sowie die Übergabe verliefen reibungslos. Der Hausmeister war täglich da, jedoch ohne wirklich zu stören. So könnte man auch täglich die Banja und Sauna anmelden, die dann durch ihn aufgeheizt wurden. Allerdings wurde dafür ein Aufschlag verlangt, welcher 15€ für die Banja und 10€ für die Sauna insgesamt für alle Gäste betrug. Auch eine Reinigungskraft kam täglich, um die Gemeinschaftsräume zu reinigen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es befanden sich in dem Haus 2-4 Bettzimmer. Also im Grunde Doppelzimmer, die durch Beistellbette erweitert werden können. Ebenso die Bäder sind sehr modern mit Regenwasserdusche. Die Verpflegung könnte optional dazu gebucht werden (5€ Frühstück, 10€ Abendessen p.P.). Es gab jedoch auch die Möglichkeit sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Haus bietet ein großes Grundstück, wobei man kaum Gefahr laufen könnte, die Nachbarn zu stören. Drei Bungalows gehörten ebenfalls zum Grundstück. Das kleine Örtchen ist sehr charmant und bietet viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können am besten mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) befindet sich im Dorf. Im Namen meiner Reisegruppe bedanke ich mich sehr für diesen fabelhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.
