"A nice apartment, but given the high price, I was expecting everything to be perfect (the price was in comparison with a 5 star hotel). Good: - Check-in instructions - Modern aesthetics - Balcony - Central location - I could cast to the TV Not as good: - It was very light in the apartment at night, including in the bedroom, so I had to sleep with a mask - I was only given one large and one small towel for my 1,5 week stay Some additional things that could be improved: - Frying pan didn't work...

"Myself, partner, our baby and my mother-in-law all stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and it was lovely. Location is easy to find, lots of amenities in the area, and always able to get a Bolt (Uber) or a tram from the apartment. Would definitely recommend and have actually booking go back in February 2025, thanks to the team for a simple but lovely stay!"

"Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive."

"We stayed at Apartamenty Sowa in Bydgoszcz, and we’re absolutely thrilled! Situated right in the heart of the city, near the Old Town, these apartments offer the perfect mix of a central location and tranquility – despite being in the center, it’s remarkably quiet, allowing us to unwind completely. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and decorated in a modern, stylish way with great attention to detail, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The amenities, including the kitchenette, are practical and modern, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bistro Lulu is a true highlight! The food is delicious, creatively prepared, and bursting with flavor, with breakfast being an absolute treat – a wide variety and top-notch quality. The staff deserves the highest praise – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. Apartamenty Sowa is the ideal choice for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and culinary delights in the heart of Bydgoszcz. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!"

Perfect in every way

"Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back. "

"Love this historic hotel. So much that we stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years already. Close to downtown and very friendly staff. The only thing I have issue is the bathroom: Shower head out of control ( I mean really out of control as it was spraying all over the bathroom) and very strong current. No way to adjust. Toilet has a very unusual shape… Water was extremely hot. I like it but I think safety… Internet was slogish … Everything else just excellent. Perfect for people who love historical hotels. Dinner was excellent too. "
