Two members of staff require particular mention for their ‘exceptional service with a smile’ - Kaushalya and Geetha were polite, always courteous and remembered our preferences every time we visited the restaurant. My personal thanks to them both and best wishes to them and the team. The reception staff were also kind and went out of their way to retrieve some personal items that were left……

“Very helpful man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pleasant but actually ordered before and served in room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Airport transfer reasonable price and good driver. Strange to see the other staff actually sleeping on a mattress in the lobby for some of the day. Great hotel for the price and excellent location to walk to restaurants, designer shops, village, Old fort etc. ”

“Food was okay. But the bummer is the check-in staff lying about a short circuit and asking if I can be moved to a sister lower tier hotel next door . Sheets were not clean ,though the room was spacious. Just not cool lying about the short circuit, and I was given a room only after confronting which floor the short circuit was and asking him to "show me " very crooked practice”
