“We stayed for 7 nights (March 30 – April 7) in a standard room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, including breakfast. I was traveling with family (no kids), and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice modern interior, comfortable beds, and clean, fresh linens. The location is very convenient — just about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby, but it’s still relatively quiet at night. Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……
