「Overall the hotel very modern, clean, great location. I booked a 'City View' room with balcony but was given a back of hotel room with balcony on floor 1 that looked over the restaurant exhaust system and walls. When I asked for a different room they weren't able to accommodate. I did ask for a restaurant dinner voucher for two which they reluctantly obliged. The breakfasts and the dinner was excellent at their hotel restaurant!」

「Hotel is fine, close to the beach. But we had the following issues during our three night stays: Room cleaning first day stopped at around 12, although checkin time is at 3pm. Next day we did have room cleaning, but forgot to give as toilet paper Then, we didnt have water for a few hours. Never told us the plan to fix it. It came back a few hours later, with some small power outage Then, the fire alarm rung close to 8am., for the whole building. Everybody walking downstairs to the lobby......

「房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。」

「The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out. 「Great central location if visiting Rabat and Medina. We only stayed one night here out of 5 hotels on our visit to Malta and Gozo. The room could have been cleaner, but we could not fault the size of it, and the added balcony was lovely. The breakfast was great and the owner allowed us to have a late check out, which allowed us to explore more before moving on to our next location.
