This is a beautiful mountain Home! The views are spectacular! All the beds are so comfy and we had the best time ever celebrating my 65 bday! The swing was my favorite spot! The pool table and hot tub was just prefect for our family of 11. If you’re thinking of the mountain retreat don’t hesitate! Lake Granby, Winter Park and the town of Granby are just 20 to 35 minutes away. Amazing home surrounded by mountains.

Wonderful house, great location

We had 7 adults and loved their room layout, well-equiped kitchen and hot tub. The bird feeders brought lots of birds & deer for our viewing pleasure. Being able to snowshoe right out the backdoor was such a bonus! snowshoes

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and has everything you may need inside. We have a wonderful family gathering and would love to go back. It's easily accesible and close to everything.

Beautiful views, Clean, well equipped

This was an amazing property. The Mountain View’s were stunning. The property was very clean. It had everything we could have needed - games, everything for the kitchen and plenty of room. The kids loved the pool table and we’re all enjoyed the hot tub.

No hot tub!!

I wish - for the money we had no hot tub and our property manager told us they knew it when we checked in. No refund to accommodate. I know this property management companies any responds like it’s the reviewers problem but no response when you have a problem. I got a call today - two days after we left about the smoke detector not working! When he realizes we already left, he hung up on me!!!! Beware - and watch, they will make this appear it’s me and not them!!!

Million Dollar View

Our group of 13 from south Mississippi can't put into words hw amazing our vacation was at your amazing place. The pictures online don't even do it justice. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The house was stocked with everything from shampoo, lotion, garbage bags, and even kitchen spices. There was even coffee! The view from this house captures the most amazing sunrises, especially the king bed room upstairs. The kids had an amazing time playing in the backyard building snowmen and having snowball fights. The location of the house is great for snow tubing, skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, etc... The house manager sent us numerous recommendations and they were all rated 100%! We will be back for sure!!!!!!!

A Merry Christmas

Great house. Exactly as described. Very clean. Top notch beds and bedding. Plenty of room for our family of nine. Kitchen nicely equipped. Hot tub hot and clean. Christmas tree and lights were a nice touch.

Great for families

This location is great for all the activities in and around winter park. We played on the Fraser River trail, went to the winter park resort and spent a day at day at Grand lake. All thing are within a 20/30 minute drive. Spent most nights cooking dinner at the house and relaxing in the hot tub. Great vacation!

Terrible!! Awful experience

When we first walked in the house looked nice. We quickly found the hot tub was not heated, the BBQ Grill was not working, the Wifi was awful, and none of the TV remotes had working batteries. When we asked the property management to help us with these thing, they were very rude and unaccommodating. Definitely do not recommend this house or their property management.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 12 of us so only having 3 bathrooms was a challenge at times but we made it.

The views are remarkable, but needs some more upkeep overall

Our water pressure was ridiculous from day 1, we assumed this was how it was suppose to be by the way they spoke in their book of instructions. By saying it had been a dry summer and etc. etc. etc. But we had no water in upstairs bathroom on the second to the last night we were there. If there is house keeping that comes in there it should have been noticed way before we got there. For the price and trouble it took us to get this cabin everything should have been immaculate. Also we had no room to put our groceries because everyone else prior to our stay had left all their goods behind. Never have I stayed anywhere that, that was even allowed to be done. You leave you should have to clean out all condiments and groceries in the cabinets. That is just gross, who wants to use a opened ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce bottles etc. that someone else has used that we don't even know. For the money we spent to get this beautiful place we were disappointed. If we ever use VRBO OR HOMEAWAY again there will be more questions asked.

Absolutely wonderful rental!

Absolutely perfect experience! Great communication, no trouble finding the place, easy to get into with code, absolutely everything you could want for a stay away from home, hot tub was great and serviced(regular maintenance) while we were there, pool table was a favorite! Great kitchen with every extra small appliance you could possibly need! Well stocked with spices, and basic pantry items. Many previous visitors have apparently left unused non-perishable items. Beds were very comfortable, heat works well, nice fireplace really warms up the living room, plenty of space for our group of 14. Depending on the group, a few more hot tub towels might be helpful as it was understandably requested for white bathroom towels not to be used in hot tub. Spectacular view. Definitely want the 4WD for winter; it’s up there! Close to 2 grocery stores that had very reasonable prices. Also the ACE hardware in Granby had good snow toys. The only possible thing that might be an issue for some is that in dead of winter with snow, there is not a garage (this of course has nothing to do with VRBO/Evolve as a rental agency). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home! Gorgeous view! Definitely a must stay!!!!

Our family of 13 from Indiana fit perfectly in this home! Plenty of room for everyone to spread or gather together! This home is equipped with everything you can think of! Cleaned all the way down to the corners! We where able to see moose right in the back yard along with multiple deer! This location was perfect for a short trip to Grand Lake, the National Park and Winter Park all surrounding us! The hot tub was an awesome end to each day of adventures! Your missing out if you don’t choose this property! We will return for sure!

Wonderful week in Granby, Colorado

I did write a review shortly after we returned, it must have gotten lost somewhere in cyberspace. I will summarize: although the weather was uncharacteristically warm for Colorado (mid to upper 80's) the family had a great time. The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The view of the valley and mountains was phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed the facility especially the hot tub and the pool table. We primary hiked at several different locations in the area. We toured Winter Park and road the ski lift to the top of the slopes, that was great. We drove to the top of Rocky Mountain National Park, it too was quite scenic and beautiful. We ate out at several restaurants in the general area, we brought in pizza, we BBQ'd and we baked an egg casserole for breakfast. We entertained ourselves with games while relaxing at night from a hard day's effort. To help improve the stay for future residents we would recommend more and better ceiling fans for the occasional warm weather and nights, sleeping upstairs particularly was a little rough. Maybe even a portable fan or two could be made available. Again because of the unusually warm weather, the deck was very warm to hot with no shade a good deal of the day, perhaps some awnings or tables with umbrellas would aid that situation. I realize during the snowy, skiing season these recommendations aren't important or necessary but you are also renting during the summer season, the weather apparently can get a little out of character occasionally. Please be aware too that at some time you are going to have to trim or remove trees, otherwise you are going to lose your view of the beautiful mountains. We did spend time on the deck, primarily early morning before we would venture out or later in the evenings as we relaxed from a busy, active day, the deck furniture could use an upgrade with some better padding. We were also disappointed that there weren't more TV's available, primarily in the children's quarters. John Bischof St. Louis, Mo.

Beautiful, well appointed home!

We loved our stay at this home. Great space, incredibly well equipped kitchen, beautiful interior design throughout, lots of space, and the bedding was superb! It was a perfect fit for 3 families, with some room to spare. Beautiful views to boot.

Beautiful and comforable home!

We've just returned from a long weekend in Winter Park with our family of 3, and two other families. The house is beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The bedrooms were large and there were enough King beds for each couple, while the kids had plenty of options of bedrooms/beds. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and small appliances. The hot tub was a treat after a long day of skiing and the views from this home are breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it!

Gorgeous home with beautiful views out of every window. Fantastic location.

We fell in love with Winter Park! This home was in the perfect location for us and provided exactly what we wanted. It was very well designed and decorated. The kitchen was stocked with wonderful equipment and just about every utensil you can imagine. This was our first time to Winter Park and we were not disappointed! We came to ski and the home was about 20 minutes from Winter Park resort. We loved this home and we will be back!

Great luxury property with everything as advertised

We were 6 adults and 4 kids, and fitted perfectly, I must say It could fit up to 16-18 people. Everything is equiped and decorated with excelent taste, the hot tub was great for sore muscles after skiing all day. I would definitelly recomend if going to Winter Park, Granby Ranch area
