“Before my arrival to the apartment I had asked for photos so that I would know what to expect instead I was assured that the place was up to standard. However, Upon my arrival I was disappointed in the way the bnb did not meet my expectations or looked like what was listed . When entering the place I was greeted with an awful smell that caused my partner to have an allergic reaction, along with such smell the place was infested with roaches , there were stains on almost everything, the water……
