Perhaps I got spoiled by staff members at other Japanese hotels, who were extremely cuorteous and friendly. My room was quite cold. A better heating system would be helpful. Also, the betteries were dead in the TV remote control. I understand these things happen, but checking it from time to time would be helpful. "

"We stayed in a superior twin room on the top floor. The room was spacious, shower was very.good and beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good but we only had it once. As you know, this hotel is v.close to Shinjuku station and there is excellent shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again "
