Welcome to Petite Perfection!

Cottage in historic town down Puyallup, quiet and close to all the amenities.



This cozy cottage has one bedroom, one bath, fully functional kitchen and a small nook for dining. With its added sofa bed, the cottage easily sleeps four adults.



BBQ and quite deck to relax. Walking distance to multiple parks, farmers market on Saturdays and close to famous restaurants.

The Neighborhood:

Quiet, family oriented neighborhood in the heart of Puyallup! Approximately an hours drive to Seattle and 50 miles to the beautiful Mount Rainier. Close to so many must-see places throughout Pierce and neighboring Counties, our cottage is perfectly placed within distance to all the amenities, including walking distance to the Washington State Fair.



Getting Around:

Everything is accessible, including the use of Sound Transit, Uber, Uber Eats and DoorDash. Nothing is out of reach in this heart of Puyallup location.



Other Things to Note:

-Petite Perfection is one of two cottages and sits adjacent to the main house, The Modern Manor, on the same property. Fenced, private yard is a communal area.



-Bookings include the cottage and use of the communal yard, additional cottage and the main house are not included.



-Cottage is booked in its entirety and is not a shared space.



-Parking for the cottage is located under a covered parking area, unless there is a current guest in need of an EV charger. Street parking is always available and communication of where to park will be given with check-in information.



-EV Station is a level 2 and is Tesla compatible with an adapter.

Charming Property in an Excellent Location

A lovely and clean bungalow in a cute little compound. Well maintained with pleasant amenities. An excellent spot to step out and explore the town and nearby restaurants. The enclosed yard was perfect for our pets, and the host was detailed and communicative throughout our stay.

Wonderful cozy cottage

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood was nice and close to everything we needed. The Mexican restaurant made it nice for a dinner in. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The cottage was a great place to stay! Comfortable, modern and beautifully decorated with everything you need to be self sufficient for your stay. The location was very convenient and close to town but still on a quiet street. The communication was excellent and the host was very helpful. I would happily stay again and recommend!

Family Visit

My daughter just bought her first house in Sumner. The bungalow was just 15 minutes away. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was just a very short walk to downtown Puyallup. Many very good restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great time.

Thanksgiving stay

Upon check in we noticed that there was a problem with some of the electrical in the kitchen, upon messaging the host she very quickly responded and helped us attempt to figure it out before her husband came over to help get the problem fixed within the hour. Fantastic communication and a nice downtown area with short walks to multiple restaurants and shopping venues. Very clean and quiet home would definitely recommend!

Daughters wedding in Washington

My husband, son and I stayed here 4 nights for my daughter’s wedding in Eatonville, this was a perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars. Beautiful personal touches such as fresh flowers, smores and wine. High quality houseware, linens and furniture. I appreciated the coffee, laundry soap, fabric softener, and toiletries. Top notch! Quaint little cottage close to all fun things!

This little cottage was PERFECT for our needs. We were coming over for the Fair, specifically the Matchbox 20 concert. We could park (they have space in front of the main house on the street) and walk everywhere we needed. There were good restaurants nearby, bodegas if you needed them, everything! The owner left us a complimentary bottle of wine, and some packets to make smores by the outside firepit, and the toiletries were all personalized by her. So cool! She had left the TV on this cool channel so that it felt like we were entering a relaxing spa when we walked in. There were plenty of supplies, eg Toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and lots of kitchenware. We would stay here again and again!

Fabulous bungalow in excellent location

Perfect location for me as I needed easy access north to the Eastside and also to South Hill. I was gone all day most of the time and so enjoyed going back to this beautifully renovated bungalow! Every detail has been seen to from countertop to ceiling tile and new stainless appliances to a cozy electric fireplace and full sized stackable washer and dryer. I enjoyed winding down in the evenings binge watching a few episodes of shows on the new large screen tv with a glass of wine. Although I did not cook, I certainly could have made a meal on the gas stove. The kitchen is very adequately stocked. There is a Keurig on site. The bed was very comfortable! My son stayed with me on the pull out the last night and had no complaints at all. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend this lovely property!

Grandma and Grandpa get a good night's sleep!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights while visiting our grandbabies who live closer to South Hill, Puyallup. It wasn't much further than the hotels we previously stayed in and was much MORE beautiful and comfortable! Washer and dryer access was a lovely bonus since we had been on the road for over a week. Street parking was always available, although there was a sign posted with a 4 hour restriction on the curb..apparently it didn't apply for nights. We were never ticketed. The TV clicker is a little tricky since it needs lamplight to recharge. The only suggestion I would make is that softer pillows for sleeping would have been great. As we age, our necks need a softer support. Overall, the absolutely adorable design and little luxurious touches make us want to return and stay again. My husband thought he saw Chip and Joanna exit the back door as we arrived...the place was that cute!
