This cozy cottage has one bedroom, one bath, fully functional kitchen and a small nook for dining. With its added sofa bed, the cottage easily sleeps four adults.



BBQ and quite deck to relax. Walking distance to multiple parks, farmers market on Saturdays and close to famous restaurants.

Guest Access:

Entire Bungalow unit.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, family oriented neighborhood in the heart of Puyallup! Approximately an hours drive to Seattle and 50 miles to the beautiful Mount Rainier. Close to so many must-see places throughout Pierce and neighboring Counties, our cottage is perfectly placed within distance to all the amenities, including walking distance to the Washington State Fair.



Getting Around:

Everything is accessible, including the use of Sound Transit, Uber, Uber Eats and DoorDash. Nothing is out of reach in this heart of Puyallup location.



Other Things to Note:

-Petite Perfection is one of two cottages and sits adjacent to the main house, The Modern Manor, on the same property. Fenced, private yard is a communal area.



-Bookings include the cottage and use of the communal yard, additional cottage and the main house are not included.



-Cottage is booked in its entirety and is not a shared space.



-Parking for the cottage is located under a covered parking area, unless there is a current guest in need of an EV charger. Street parking is always available and communication of where to park will be given with check-in information.



-EV Station is a level 2 and is Tesla compatible with an adapter.
