「Peaceful place, remote from everything in nature, the view is exceptional. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed the tranquility, but it's important to be aware of a few practical considerations.The location is right on the border between two countries, which affects both cell phone reception and connectivity—there was no WiFi during our entire stay, and unfortunately, this could not be resolved despite the owner's efforts. 「We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but...

The ceilings are low so be careful if you’re tall. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Quiet neighborhood with a delicious pizzeria with friendly staff right next door. Grande disponibilità e tanta educazione da parte di tutte le persone che si sono alternate alla reception durante il mio soggiorno. La struttura si trova a Porto Maurizio e si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Consigliato.」
