We all like the outdoors and seclusion but also don’t want to drive forever to grab essentials. This was just what we needed. We were here two days and three nights. We did three meals in town and the rest at the house. Then went twice for hikes at Natural Falls State Park, which is also very close. Cabin was clean and accommodating. Everything worked fine. “Great property that has everything needed for your stay. Quiet scenic area.”

“Communication with property owner was easy. The place was great inside and out. Plenty of options for outside cooking. We had a group of 14 guys. Most of us play disc golf. There was plenty of space outdoors to set up baskets and drive disc. The creek was a short hike away and had beautiful views. 10/10 would come back.”

“Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time……

“My husband and I loved our stay at Arky’s Cabin. The setting is quiet and lovely with deer in the meadow and lovely flowers gracing the yard. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The decor was fun and really cool filled with old time memorabilia. There is even a record player! We loved the place and would definitely stay again.”
