This space was so good for me and my siblings! The remodel provided a nice and comfortable environment, the kitchen was well stocked, and the color scheme was pleasing. The location is great for getting into town. The walk down the road to the lake was steeper and out of the complex than I had expected, but not difficult or too far.However, the entire house could use a deep-clean on all flat surfaces.

Clean, well kept

We’ve stayed in a number of townhouses in this complex over the years and this one was updated, clean and well-kept. Except for an initial inconvenience of the parking lot getting repaved (we couldn’t get into property until about 6 pm) it was a comfortable stay.

Nice rental Condo, great location

The condo is maintained nicely. Very clean and the location is great. Parking right in front of the unit which is wonderful for packing and unpacking. The condo complex is great too. There are beautiful tennis & pickle ball courts, a playground and a swimming pool. Skylandia beach is easy access. There is a lovely bakery just a short walk called Sugar Pine Cakery, highly recommended. Great rental can’t go wrong!!
