Price Haus is a charming, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin on Lake Tahoe's West Shore, perfect for up to 4 guests. Access to the seasonally-available Tahoe Park HOA amenities, including a private beach and 2 piers, comes with this rental.*

From the parking area, 8 stair steps lead down to the entry way and living area, featuring a gas fireplace, plush sectional sofa, and large smart TV with streaming capabilities, but no cable TV. Fully equipped, modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare and serve meals, with the adjacent dining table seating up to 6. Large windows let in lots of natural light. Two Queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry facilities are also on the lower / entry level.

Upstairs there’s a second bathroom and large landing area with a futon.

Wireless internet is included.

Please note that this home does not provide a deck, patio or usable outside area. No BBQ onsite.

Great location and nicely updated

We had a great time at this house near Tahoe City. It’s perfectly located. The only thing I wish had been clear is that the 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the second bathroom is located upstairs. None of the bedrooms are connected to a bathroom. Not a huge deal but I find that helpful information. Otherwise this is a great location within walking and biking distance to many activities in the fantastic Tahoe City area!

Cabin in the trees

We really enjoyed this cabin, everything was well appointed and easy to find once we settled in. The furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay in Tahoe. The trees around the property are beautiful, I would recommend this cabin to anyone needing a place in the area.

Winter Wonderland

This is a beautiful, comfortable property which was ideal for our ski trip to the Palisades / Alpine Meadows areas; 20 minutes drive on the weekdays. We arrived just after the early March snowstorm which hit California. The property parking area had been ploughed, entrance way dug out ( from 4 ft of snow) and the cottage was warm and cozy for our arrival. Please note, in deep snow you will need a 4 wheel / all wheel drive vehicle with winter or all weather tyres or chains to access the area. Very well equipped kitchen with all the basics to be able to cook meals, but Tahoe City’s many restaurants are an easy drive and Shadyside / Fireside Cafe / Spoon / Sunnyside and West Shore Market are within a 1/2 mile walk. The rental company were excellent with all communications and would have been there if we had had any issues as locally based in Tahoe City but the property was so clean and well maintained no issues were experienced . We were so sad to leave after our 8 day stay and look forward to returning to this beautiful property and area.

Very Cozy Cabin

The cabin is very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We made some great meals during our weeks stay. The WiFi is spotty. We were unable to place or receive calls, however we were able to text. I have to say the only negative comment is the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They are very soft. If you prefer soft mattresses then this is the house for you. We left a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable and our backs could not take another night.

Great location!

This property was perfectly located in Tahoe City and close to Palisades. Nicely remodeled and very clean and cozy. The property manager left easy instructions for getting into the place as well as cleanup. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cabin in the perfect neighborhood

We LOVED this cabin! It's centrally located and close to grocery stores, Sunnyside (boat/kayak/paddle board rentals), and hiking. The amenities are impeccable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Perfect for four people! We will be back very soon!

Excellent place!

Exceeded expectations. The house is located in the NE area of Lake Tahoe, in a very nice, safe, and quiet location. The cabins is perfectly furnished, equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen gear, as well as the beach articles. They really thought of everything. Definitively recommended!

August at the Lake

This was our first time vacationing at this property. The cabin is newly renovated and very clean with all that you need including a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with comfortable beds. The neighborhood HOA to a private beach on the lake with amazing facilities are withing a 15 min walk. Also nearby market, fabulous restaurants for tasty breakfast or dinner and bike rentals business all are in the same 15 min walk. Golf courses are within a short drive. We will be returning in the future to this 1st rate vacation rental.

Price House is Priceless

this is one of the cleanest and best equipped homes ever booked through vrbo and even other luxury property businesses. Sunnyside is a great location with the neighborhood sort of in transition with both original and new construction. The community beach is really a nice amenity. The outdoor offerings on the westside of Tahoe are easily accessible. We prepared both breakfast and dinner daily and everything in the kitchen was in working order, well-stocked with staples, and impeccably clean. I would definitely re-book this property.

Wonderful rental!

Well stocked with a full kitchen. Appliances all new. Nicely renovated. Beautiful gas fireplace. The washer dryer a huge bonus and they left detergent and dryer sheets! Also, fairly new beach chairs. I would recommend this unit highly!
