As all the other reviews have stated, this place is a bit dated. But all the issues that could be found here, were nothing but minor inconveniences for my family and I. Everything we set out to do during our stay at Tahoe we were able to accomplish and none of the little issues at the property stopped us from doing so. We will highly consider staying here again in the future! Thank you!

70s Funk Tahoe Condo

The condo was clean, with 70s style funkiness to it. The bathrooms were small and a bit tight. One bathroom shower door was difficult to open and the lights did not work over the sink and mirror. The full size beds were not very comfortable. But the location was great! Very close to where our family was and close to nearby conveniences.

Great location; nice place; great rate; could use some updates

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the complex is very dog-friendly, there is plenty of space! The listing is pretty accurate and has almost everything you need. We could come back. The only drawback... the place needs some updates on the appliances - desperately. There basically is not a dishwasher, and some of the mattresses are past their usable life.... (but some are okay). Great overall.

Absolutely Disgusting

So dirty, even dishes in cabinets and pots and pans were dirty. Broken Glass topped coffee table, broken closet doors. Vacasa and owner gave small discount but unwilling to help in any other way. We were willing to move. Do not stay here. It’s a dump.

Just okay.

Coffee table top glass was broken. Over sink lights in primary bedroom didn’t work. Heating was very uneven, downstairs was very cold overnight. Armchair upholstery is starting to fall apart. Otherwise property is very dated. Sofas are very worn.

Solid no frills lodging at a reasonable rate

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms, plenty of beds and a functional kitchen served us well for the weekend. Didn’t have time to get into the large VHS collection.

Nice location needs some TLC

Check in was easy. Nice location for north shore. Property was ok but not great. Lights didn’t work in master downstairs bathroom. There were cobwebs in kitchen about the frig and cabinet about the stove upon arrival. Some of the Kitchen tools were rusted. Thermostat didn’t work, but it could of been our error as the directions weren’t very clear but we never felt the air working.

The stars are not for the property. The property itself is very dated and needs some serious updates. We had a few issues with doors and windows closing and appliances non-operational. That said, the five stars are for the way are issues were handled by Annalisa at Vacasa. She returned my call on a Sunday and was helpful fixing a not great situation. Her responsiveness saved a customer. I also managed to leave an iPad at the property and she personally made sure got it back in just a few days. Thank you again!

Great deal. Great location. Dog Friendly. Could used some updates.

Great rental overall. Great location, great complex, lots of room, has most essentials... However, the place needs some appliance and mattress, and maybe furniture, replacements! They are decades past useful. But, had a great time, its a decent rate, and dog friendly!

As advertised. Nice place

Nice condo. The furniture and appliances are probably from the early 1980s, but still work well. There is no cable TV. But the internet worked well. We watched movies on our laptops. I would stay at this place again.

Restful weekend

Condo had a nice layout and awesome beam ceiling in the common living area. Hot tub was great after the day of kayaking. Furnishings were a bit dated and being a totally no smoking property was never disclosed. I am an outside smoker only, never inside. Overall it was awesome and can't wait to return next year.

Reviews are spot on- in a good way!

It was exactly what I expected thanks to the prior reviews! Dog friendly and clean meant a lot to us! Everything in the kitchen that was promised was there! Time for the dishwasher to be replaced, however hopefully the ancient loose glass and screws I pulled out from the blades will give it a new lease on life, ha! But, again, I expected this and was not bothered by washing by hand! The large living area on 2nd floor met our needs perfectly and we loved the fireplace after skiing all day! Not a new, high priced timeshare ( have enjoyed those) but this is what we needed and worked on this trip! Also, appreciated a drive way not being on a tricky slippery hill, as a storm did arrive! Helped make getting in and out much easier. Hot tub seemed to be working- didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Yes, dated, but the price reflected this at the time of booking and I was pleased with the supplies ( linens, soaps, towels and essentials) provided.

Overall the location was nice and close to Tahoe city and some fun night life. When we arrived there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and dirty ice. Those were two of the immediate challenges, but easy fixes. Also, the hot tub was broken at the pool area which was disappointing.

Very disappointing!

The place was very run down. The toilets didn't work well. The TV didn't work. the condo grounds were run down and there were parties all night long from other residents!

Comfortable but needs updating.

We loved the floor plan, it was really nice having two and half bathrooms. We did have some issues with the condo. One, the master bathroom shower door was stuck and if you tried to move it the frame started coming apart. So you could not use that shower. The mattresses had no covers, just a fitted sheet on the mattress. The dishwasher and stove appeared from the 1970's. The stove worked ok, but the dishwasher did not clean the dishes. There were long dog hairs on the towels and the sheets. On the rear patio, the nails were popping up out of the wood about a half of an inch, which is potentionally not safe..The back sliding door took two people pulling hard just to get it closed. To go to the front door there are three wooden steps that are very old, again with nails popping up. I was walking out stepped in the middle step and the step popped up and slid sideways. I about tripped, but caught myself but pulled a muscle in my back trying not to fall. This condo has potential to be very nice but it looks like its upkeep and general maintenance have been neglected for quite a while.
