Location is convenient and next to Sogo. Hotel staff is friendly. Coffee/drinks and snacks are available. Room is very spacious and great for families except the bidet flashing is bad. Should have a shower curtain inside the bathroom to cover the glass panel for privacy.

Booked a room for two, with a single bed. Room given was just two single bed pushed together. The room itself was alright not great not bad. All the people working there were very friendly and welcoming especially the manager!

Clean, great location, friendly staff

Elizabeth Hotel is located in a convenient location within walking distance of the National Museum of Natural Science. A lot of busses stop on the main boulevard for pretty much any destination. Amenities provided and room has a refrigerator. Average sound insulation but the hotel is located on a backstreet behind the shopping center so traffic is minimal. Cleanliness 4/5 and rooms look a bit dated. Staff friendliness 5/5 really nice and helpful with providing directions and recommendations. Room rates are affordable on weekdays but a silly amount on weekends 😂

Nice hotel to stay

The hotel is located near a Department store SOGO and also adjacent to many restaurants. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel but it is clean with very helpful staff. I left my eye drops in the hotel when I left. I called from a different city requesting that they send the eye drops to me. They promptly sent it to me. Very efficient service

12月和親友住了4天，第1天沒問題，第2,3天晚上10點多11點洗澡，洗了一半沒熱水，向客服反映，説太多人同時間洗澡不夠熱水！！另外，隨房卡有一張清潔房間的卡，前一天已給職員，晚上回去竟然沒收拾房間，通知職員，雖然有道歉，但樣子有點不爽，語氣亦不太客氣（因為是日班職員出錯夜班職員幫忙拿毛巾來換）。不過這地點十分好，隔壁就是SOGO，在附近找東西吃都很容易，交通也很便利！

A nice and clean hotel with a very nice location, near SOGO and many business. The staff is nice. A shortcoming is that you have walk up few steps before reaching the elevator, so if you have a heavy suitcase...

房間打掃得很乾淨，服務人員也很客氣。 設施相對簡易且有年份，且沒有附設停車場，停車要到對面商業大樓的停車場，且需要另外付費，入口稍遠，不太方便。 附近很熱鬧，很靠近自然科學博物館，方便。 最大的問題是連假價格六千多台幣一晚，相對於平日的一千五不到，價差太誇張，非常不滿意

平日だからか3人１部屋で8,000円以下で予約できました！あまり場所をよく調べていなかったのですが、SOGOのすぐ裏で高鉄台中駅からのバスもすぐ近くにとまります。夜市や台鉄台中駅、宮原眼科方面に行く際のバス乗り場も全て徒歩5分以内で、各方面へバス含めても20〜30分程度で着くため便利はよかったと思います。観光地の多い台鉄台中駅近辺は泊まりやすそうなホテルは多くないですが、どうしても徒歩で観光地にアクセスしたい方はそちら方面がいいかもしれません。すぐバスに乗っていたためこちらのホテルの周りではあまり出歩きませんでした。時間がなく行けませんでしたが、徒歩10分のところに夜市もあるみたいです！ 何よりお部屋が清潔で広々していて、ベッドは台湾旅行中のホテルの中で1番ぐっすり眠れました！シャワールームはちゃんとドアがついているタイプなのも日本人としては最高です。下水の匂いは少しだけします。片言の英語でのやりとりでしたがフロントの方もとても親切でした！ロビーではジュースやコーヒーマシン、お菓子や包子がフリーで楽しめるようになっていてありがたかったです。また台中を訪れる際は有力候補になるホテルです！

3人部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドはどれも清潔で部屋も丁度いい広さでゆっくりできました。ドライヤーやテレビ、トイレ、シャワーといった設備も古くなくて良かったです。 近くに大通りと科学館があるおかげで、バスの利便性が高かったです。また利用したいです。
