1. 人員親切、專業，有任何需求皆會熱情的協助，是一間讓人很安心的飯店。 2. 床鋪很大、柔軟、整潔，再加上舒適的空調，一倒下去便能即刻入眠。 3. 早餐牛排很美味，現點現做，餐廳還有熱食、水果、沙拉無限拿，不會有吃不飽的問題。 4. 從飯店看出去的夜景很漂亮，很適合放空。7樓的余樂中心也很適合跟朋友吃小點心、喝茶、聊天邊看風景。 下次還會想再入住，也會推薦給親朋好友～

隔音極極差、早餐區令人傻眼

▪️房門隔音極差，外走道、其他房聲音聽得ㄧ清二楚。 ▪️隔壁音樂開得極大聲，整樓層都聽得到的音量，員工40分鐘左右才處理完畢. 半夜隔壁間還有吵架的聲音、早晨其他房客離開的聲音..... ▪️房門無緩衝，聽得到每ㄧ間關門的「砰砰砰......」 ▪️更傻眼的是早餐在夾層區，非常小，只有8個四人桌的空間. 位子少得誇張.按商旅房間數就知道ㄧ定不夠坐，尤其假日住房率高. 讓客人們在那狹小的夾層走道上等待，館方會覺得意外嗎？ 主管應變能力有待加強. （可參考其他商旅採登記分批用餐，或把大廳那區當假日早餐區，但由服務員送餐. ） ▪️ 採點主餐方式搭配ㄧ點自助式食物. 但空間極小，還有人走來走去那超小的自助區，要排隊，菜色少，每次補菜也都只補ㄧ點點. 主餐上菜順序也很混亂，等了很久，隔壁的都來了，我們提醒員光，員工才說忘了. ▪️沒有飲水機.
