The hotel seems on the older than other hotels around the area. However, the staff was very helpful and likeable. The free shuttle was awesome. The check-in was easy and just asked for ID and got the keys.

The place is good. Like the hot spring bath in the room. Will recommend to friend for the stay. Area to improve is to clean the dust at corners and to give awareness on feeder service provided by the resort.

Even though it is an old building, the condition is still quite good. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it does not provide an elevator so people with problematic legs are not suitable to stay at this hotel.

Hotel was clean and accomidating. I had a private hottub which was amazing!! There was no elevator and I was on the fifth floor...so I definitely got my steps in!! Overall it was very nice and I highly recommend it!
