Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of stir fry vegetables and congee. They have wifi in each room and worked well when it works. But it might have issue handling a whole workday of internet usage. Very convenient location being next to MRT station. Lobby staff are all very nice.

Great hotel, will be back!

Great hotel in a really good location for the MRT. Can't fault anything, the staff were awesome and friendly too. My only gripe was having to wear a mask to use the breakfast buffet, which was really strange because we still shared serving utensils.

I've booked this hotel everytime I came to Taipei for almost a decade. The location is super convenient and the service is really great. However, recently I noticed the bathroom is moldy which is disappointing. Hope it gets improved and I'm looking forward to staying in Grand Forward next time too!

It was my third time staying here in the past 4 months, due to the convenience for my needs: location and transportation. The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are friendly and polite, which is expected in Taiwan, which is known for its hospitality and service. I love it when I get rooms with unobstructed views.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They found out that it was my dad's birthday and gave some cookies and wine to him for free. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is big and comfy. Location wise it is not really in the inner city area but the place is nice and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. 10/10 will go back and stay.

Great staff

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and delivered things that we needed very quickly after requesting them . One thing that was annoying was that the bathroom in the hotel room was black and not very well lit .
