The hotel is “new”! The hotel staff is friendly informative and will go out of their way to assist the guests! Marco Chan the front desk manager especially attentive and willing to support! Will definitely return when in Taipei!

The facility is clean and nice. Starbucks right at hotel with hotel customer discount. Restaurants and subway station within walking distance. The best part is the staff is super friendly and willing to assist their customers. Definitely recommend.

Location of the hotel is great as it is literally just a few meters away from the Shandao MRT Station, which makes traveling to other areas to Taipei really accessible. Staff are friendly, both in the Hotel and their Starbucks cafe, the place smell nice and is always clean, fridge snacks are on the house and are always replenished after every round of cleaning by the service staff. Overall, really glad I selected this Hotel and will have a high chance to return again during my next trip there.

Hotel was new and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Walkable distance to MRT station so very convenient. Walkable to main attractions such as the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall as well.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. It was hospitable; the staff was fantastic; the hotel has style, and having a Starbucks was an excellent way to start and end the day. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it easy to get around to the rest of Taipei.

Loved this hotel. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They really went the extra mile to make guests feel special. Rooms not the most spacious but very thoughtfully designed. (However note bathroom and toilet have translucent doors! Also room we booked had no desk only a round movable table making it not that business traveller friendly.) Amenities great, they provide quality of everything you'd expect or need and I'd like to call out they provide things like pillow menu, conditioner and (as we stayed multiple nights) laundry access. Location is amazing as well, just a few steps from the metro. Also amazing position to queue for a meal at the nearby moon moon (or even takeaway), and near to a famous soy bean place, supermarket, etc.
