Great B&B

This was a truly great place to stay in Tairua. The three room B&B is located right on the main highway, so it was easy to find and convenient to town and the beach (we walked to both easily). The room was spacious, bright, clean, well-stocked with amenities and information, had a very comfortable bed and pillows and a nice bathroom. There was a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the road and the bay beyond. Had a very peaceful and quiet sleep. In the morning the owners prepared a wonderful breakfast with yogurt, fruits and muesli, eggs, bacon and toast and fresh squeezed juice. Incredible! The lounge area had heaps of useful info for the area and the owners also provided great insight to Tairua and the Coromandel Peninsula. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else for our next visit.

A lovely B&B

A lovely B&B and Jane and Chris were great hosts. They gave us recommendations to wherere to go and whete to eat. The location is great too! Tairua is a a nice little townnwith a few good restaurants, also we are only 20 minutes to Hot Water Beach and 30 minutes to Cathedral Cave, plus Mt. Paku is a great hiking area. Best of all is the accommodation. Habour View Lodge is a lovely place, very comfortable with view of the water and Mt. Paku. The hospitality of Jane and Chris made us feel like home.
