"I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that but the check-in was easy with helpful & considerate staff. The rooms are small but very clean & comfortable. You have more than everything you need for your stay. Very nice bedding & the bathrooms were in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with the room & would recommend to anyone staying in this area. Also, the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any road noise when the window was shut. "

"Excellent service and location. My Japanese is.. non existent but they understood my english and were great to cater to all my needs for my stay. Room is small for american standards but its Tokyo so its expected. Bed is comfortable and the projector TV was great after navigating through to the Youtube app. Great location right across from Shibuya Crossing and couldnt ask for a better place. Will be there again definitely "
