「The place is very nice and tidy, we like the relaxation room so much. It will be great if there are more foods variety in the lounge.」

「I like the antiques and the furniture at the lobby」

「Hotel is sparkling clean. Price is reasonable especially during the Saga Balloon Fiesa. If you are planning to go to the fiesta, it only takes 15-20 minutes to arrive the venue by JR.」

「We lived in the hotel for 2 days , it was easy to find and the staffs are very nice and friendly! The room is very clean and comfortable. When I checked out, I ask for help to the staff that helped me to call the Aasofarmland to cancel the booking due to the earthquake. They help me and told me via the message here. I was so grateful for them! If I go to Ureshino Hot Springs again，I will choose the Oomuraya Ryokan for sure!」

「It's a good experience to stay in this hotel. Hot springs are wonderful. However, if there's no smell of smoke in the entrance of room will be perfect. 」
