"The Ryokan was very old and nothing in the area other than osen. Suitable for those who have cars."

"The hoteliers and staffs were all very kindly and friendly. Also the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It would be better if there was always an interpreter who is good at English."

Room condition - clean Air conditioning - good. Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets. Wifi - fantastic. "

"Overall an excellent onsen hotel. Spacious room and well-appointed onsen."

"Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel)."

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."
