「Incredible family owned business. This place is a hidden gem in San Antonio! The staff is excellent and always available. Rooms are cleaned throughly. They have a sister property cafe and the food could have a Michelin star. Especially for the price, you cannot ask for anything better. 「My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability.
