We loved all of the history that is preserved, the deer in the yard and listening to the creek. It would have been nice if there was a lamp in the dining nook, and maybe a nightlight. But overall this place is exactly as advertised and a great country living experience."

"Rosie's was a perfect vacation cabin! She thought of everything and the grounds were so beautiful. Flowers and birds and fresh morning air! I am in love with Rosie's property. She provided DVDs, ingredients for s'mores, and had a fire pit ready to go. We even saw a herd of deer. This spot was perfect for adults looking to relax and enjoy nature. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. "This cabin was far enough from the others. Very remote. The lodge/ restaurant was great. Super nice and patient folks. The cabin supplied all the things you’d need to cook. And very clean. A little confusing about check out as far as what to do with towels and linens. But I give it 5 stars and go again. Thank you for the experience."

"Rustic and relaxing location right on the river. Well equipped kitchen and propane for the BBQ. We didnt use them, but there were fishing rods on the deck. The road was a little noisy at night. Secure location. Our dog had a nice yard to roam in, although she chose to bark at bigfoot first each time she went out"
