Great Place in Talkeetna

This place is a great stop in your Alaska journey. Perfect for day trips to Denali Park and to dog sledding tours. Very comfy and clean. Would definitely re-visit if in the area again. Everything we needed was conveniently provided!

Super cute home in a quiet area. Property as described and clean. This home was a perfect size for my family of 4 to relax. Blackout curtains or shades would've been nice in the bedrooms and there was no coffee but enjoyed our stay overall.

Loved the house and the property! Our family of five only spent one night here, but would absolutely love to return for a couple of nights in the future. This home is lovely! It has plenty of room for family with a large kitchen table so everyone can enjoy a meal together. The sauna in the master bedroom is wonderful. We enjoyed the privacy of the location as well as the peaceful vibe of the home.

Great getaway for a family vacation in Talkeetna

This home was a perfect place for my family in Talkeetna! About 3 miles away from downtown but it felt like it was in its own world - couldn’t hear many cars and surrounded by beautiful woods. We saw two moose grazing 30 feet away and got to watch from the beautiful wraparound porch.

Family Stay-cay in Talkeetna

For a weekend getaway with family that is scattered all over the state of Alaska, this was a great location in an adorable town. We had a great time. We had a party of 9 show up and two that couldn’t make it. It was a bit of a tight squeeze in terms of seating for this large group. This house would probably be more comfortable for a group of 8 or less people. Overall, it was great!

I am a major review reader before making decision so I hope this helps others. This place was amazing! Very comfortable and felt like home. It felt private in the woods even though you had neighbors. It was a convenient location. We really fell in love with this town. We stayed at several places in our visit to Alaska but this is one we said we would return to. Not only the town but this house. I highly recommend!!
