"Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. "

"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. Amazing customer service!
"Customer service was above and beyond and I would return for that alone. The hotel itself is a bit older and has some quirks, but was very clean and next to a huge golf course so the scenery was great. Hot water and water pressure were great which is always something that's a big deal for me. The curtains are not black out curtains so you do get some early morning light in the room, but definitely not a deal breaker."
