Cozy Family Home with Pool Access near Beaches
A 4-room apartment in a holiday village with a shared swimming pool, parks, and close to all amenities. This house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and an oven. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and its own bathroom with a shower. A separate water closet is available. A washing machine is also available.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with storage space and a 140x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with two 80x190 cm beds that can be pushed together, and a bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rail, and toilet. The house is quiet and features a pleasant, sunny terrace. Ideal for family vacations. Linens not included. MAIS 307 heated outdoor pool (open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting)
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €117.
Optional services:
- End-of-stay cleaning on request: €117 (subject to availability).
- Baby crib and booster seat: €20/week, subject to availability.
