「The property was large, spacious, and generally clean, so overall our stay was not unpleasant. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. As we had activities planned during the day, visiting reception in person was not always practical, making the lack of phone support particularly frustrating. The...

「The room was exceptionally clean and a good size also had a small kitchenette which was a nice touch, so if you fancy a drink before going out you can cook your wine. Good air con warm and cool. The staff were very attentive. Can’t fault anything and we would definitely stay again if we come to this area. Great value for money」

「It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. I had the best sleep I've had for a while. The staff were helpful & friendly & gave us good tips about the local area. Also, just...
