“We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. “Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. “the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well.
