“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. “The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

“There was mould in the ceiling, stains on the sofa and bed sheets, peeling paintwork on the wall and ants on bed and the dining table. The pictures shows a homely and clean apartment but when we arrived it was not the case. We had 2 kids with us and no one wanted to stay there. As it was 11pm by the time we checked in, we had little choice for alternative accommodation. Check in was not easy either as we were initially given the wrong password to get the key. “Duplex room @ eco nest is fun and enjoyable. Room is clean with most daily necessity available for use. The stay has plenty of facilities to enjoy (require booking) such as pool side private pool lounge and rooftop bbq pit. Host is super responsive and helpful too in catering to our needs. “This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. “Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works.”

“Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.”
