「Like: Clean, quiet, safe. Challenging: no humans to help!!! It's all supposed to be internet-based, yet the internet was mostly unavailable. We got into our rooms ok, but all around us people were waiting - entry codes didn't work. When away from the property and finally able to connect, the text responses were not helpful. The 1 shot keurig for coffee was impossible. When finally got it working it needed to be de-scaled. So lukewarm weak coffee was all we got. Again, no humans around...
