Beautiful Condo with Excellent View

This was the highlight of our visit to Costa Rica. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balconies was stunning. As advertised, it is in the heart of Tamarindo and walking distance to great restaurants and beaches. The property manager was very attentive to any questions that we had and arranging for transportation as needed.

Wonderful location, view!

We would definitely recommend this property due to its close proximity to many great restaurants, shops and things to do. No need to have a car. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and effective AC. The pool on premises was lovely, kept very clean, and had a swim up pool bar. We had a minor maintenance issue while there, and the property manager had someone there in less than an hour to fix it. The property managers were very accessible, and assisted with transfers to and from the airport. Both drivers they arranged were great.

Family Vacation

The condo is super clean, bright and well laid out. We traveled with our adult children and significant others and had a great time. Great view and located close to the beach, restaurants, pool etc. Would recommend to anyone.

The condo was wonderful! A couple of items were not working (cord to guest room blinds) and upper level air conditioner. They did quickly send someone to work on the air conditioner for a couple fo days and then move the 2 occupants to another condo. Really appreciated them solving the issue with a resolve.

It was the perfect home during our stay in Tamarindo. Spacious and clean. Great for a family. Offers a fantastic view of the pool and the coastline. The second floor balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset each evening. The staff was wonderful as well. A great experience from beginning to end!

Spring Break with Large Group

The condo, pool and hotel complex are centrally located to beach, stores, and restaurants. We traveled with a large group and spread out into multiple condos and hotel rooms. We were easily able to meet and keep in touch during our stay. The 8 people that stayed in 603 had plenty of room between the the two floors of the condo. The large balconies were a plus. We recommend this property,

Christmas holiday in Tamarindo

We've been to Tamarindo & this condo complex before. This was our first booking with this property manager and our first time in this specific unit on the property. Management was helpful and responsive. They answered emails inquiries before and during the stay as well - promptly and most helpful. They helped with booking our transportation to and from airport & some transfers to excursions. Our only suggestion would be replacing the sofa - as it was not especially comfortable. But otherwise - we loved the location, the view, the water pressure was excellent. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The cleaning person that arrived midweek was very considerate and did a great job. We were surprised by supplemental contracts after booking through VRBO - which had differing terms. Nevertheless - we proceeded with the stay and were very satisfied.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a luxury condo. The price was excessive for what we received. There were several issues with the place (maintenance did come when we called, but it is disruptive to the vacation. The hot tub did not warm up. The company informed me that I would be able to sign the contract when I arrived, however they sent me the contract the day before I was checking in and already in Costa Rica so I could not print it. I explained this to them and they said it would be fine to sign in person, but that meant that I had to arrive earlier and therefore would miss out on one of our scheduled activities. I spent so much time on the phone with this company. Want a worry free vacation? This is not it. One would think that luxury also includes accommodating guests. For the price, there weren't a ton of amenities. Following my stay, I contacted the owner to share my concerns. He was nice, but had a lot of reasons for why the things were the way they were. He offered my 10% off my next stay, but that is not helpful to someone that doesn't travel to Costa Rica regularly. Additionally, we stayed at an amazing place in a different location that did not have all of the luxuries, but the service was impeccable. I would not book through this company again.

Great location and nice condo

Close to everything including beach, great view of the pool and ocean, secure and safe, clean. Wish there would have been instructions for the hot tub as it was not self explanatory. Property manager however was easy to contact and very responsive.

Perfect accomodations and location

We stayed in Tamarindo for a spring break trip with multiple families. Our place was perfect for the two families we had and the other families booked units in the building or other closeby Diria units. It was a perfect mix of a condo but nice hotel type pool and amenities. Location was walkable to all things. The one thing to note is pullout couch is on the upper level with a king and its all open.

The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the bed mattresses. They could be much more comfortable and the one on the pull out couch upstairs is really thin.

A Fabulous Condo in Tamarindo! Looks Just Like the Pictures!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family trip to Tamarindo couldn't have been better! The condo was the perfect size for our group of 8. Plenty of space for all of us! We had time to be together and to have our own space if we wanted it. The view is spectacular and close to everything in town! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Only needed a driver to play golf and airport transfers The management company was very helpful through the whole process. Our driver, Ronnie, was exceptional and always on time. We would definitely stay in Matapslo 603 again! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who staying next door.
