“Complimentary breakfast, dinner, AND drinks every day is a huge perk. For a family of four this saved us a lot of money. Rooms were large and clean”

“Beds were clean and well made however carpet in room was stained. There was a chicken nugget on the floor in the elevator upon arrival and was still there the next morning. Breakfast was good except for preparer wiping her nose with her plastic serving gloves on. Good coffee and easy check in.”

“New! Love the lobby layout, design and seating. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location is right next to the sports complex. ”

“Hotel was ok, not terribly dirty, but not very clean. Chose for the jetted tub in the photo. Come to find out there was no jetted tub in the rooms, it was a regular very old tub that wasn’t quite clean looking, so definitely false advertising. I would absolutely not have chosen this hotel otherwise. No hot water because a pipe burst in the city so we couldn’t shower or use the pool. Not hotels fault, but very frustrating after a long travel day. ”

“The receptionist was not friendly nor helpful. The building was under renovations which is obviously required. The room was recently painted and still had the odor in the room as well as chalk dust on baseboards, coat rack. The floors were dusty and bathroom there was garbage on the floor. The bedding and towels were fresh. Outdoors the entrance and exit doors were filthy and one exit door remained open? The majority of site had mattresses laying about. Continental breakfast consisted of……

“The room was somewhat clean, but that’s the best I can say. The door from outside to the hallway didn’t lock or even close all the way. No staff and the office closed 11pm-5am. Sketchy part of town. No eateries close by. I would not recommend. Didn’t feel safe but we were exhausted so we stayed.”

“Booked reservation online with Expedia and when I get to the candle wood suites they turn me away saying they don't have any rooms available. Very inconvenient ”
