- Newly renovated waterfront 4 BR 3 Bath home with brand new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Home is on a large salt water canal leading out to Tampa Bay with a boat dock and boat lift to bring your own boat or rent. Nearby restaurants and beaches. Close proximity to Tampa area beaches. Master BR with King size bed and additional 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Large covered Florida room (covered porch) with seating and bar as well as large back yard area. 2 Kayaks and 8 life vests on property. EV charging in garage.
