With tons of space, a screened in private pool, and the occasional manatee sighting from the boat dock, this is the perfect home for you to enjoy with family and friends.

The Space:
With three luxurious bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, Surfside Beach House offers spacious, ultra-comfortable quarters for a family or group of friends. And you'll be amazed by this home's luxury, which includes wood and tiled floors, sumptuous furnishings and accents, ceiling fans in every room, a huge, covered furnished lanai with pool, backyard patio with fire pit, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island and breakfast bar, and elegant dining area. There's even a washer and dryer so you can save room in your luggage for souvenirs!

The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, tons of space, an HDTV, and a large en suite bathroom with a large, raised soaking tub and dual sinks (and a walk-in shower!). Bedroom number two houses a queen-size bed and bedroom three a full-size (bedroom three has private outdoor access). With another full bath, plus an additional half-bath, your group will be able to get up and ready with no issues.

Need to get some work done? The dedicated private office offers a great set up with a computer desk and printer for you to use if needed! The office also has a comfy queen-sized pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests, giving this home a max occupancy of 8.

If you're looking for a little more action, no worries – nearby Tampa offers an array of museums and other cultural offerings, a vibrant dining and nightlife scene, and is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. During football season, you can even take in a Buccaneers game!

Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the front entrance to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Apollo Beach is a quiet coastal community located on the southeast side of Hillsborough Bay. This home is located on Surfside Blvd which is an absolutely beautiful neighborhood surrounded by stunning homes and features the tranquil Apollo Beach Preserve at the end of the street. Some local favorite spots are Circles Waterfront Restaurant and Finn's Dockside Bar & Grill, both walking distance from the home! If you'd like to catch a glimpse of the famed manatees while you're in the area, head to the TECO viewing center just down the road.

Getting Around:
Apollo Beach is a cozy coastal community nestled just outside of Downtown Tampa. Our best recommendations to get around are by car or boat and there are ride-share services like Uber available while you're in town!

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: Pets are allowed for a pet fee of $100/pet per stay.
- DOCK & LIFT: Guests will not be permitted to use the boat lift, however, the dock is available to moor your boat if needed. The dock can accommodate up to a 20 foot boat
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $500 fine
- EXTERIOR CAMERAS - there are 2 exterior security cameras located at the home. One is on the side of the house and 1 is located in the front of the house
