The housekeeping and porter staff were all excellent. They very polite and smiled at me...few people do that at our local hotels. I am local. That matters a lot. We also had our Public Health Party on December 9th...excellent! Thank you.

beach front access! amazing! kids / baby themed rooms! what i didn't like is how access to the pool and beach is so difficult (can't use the entry on our side of the building and it has no instructions). the rooms were out dated and bugs all over the floors, lighting kept on going out showing signs of wear, shower room seemed like an old massage parlor.

Run down and subpar (terribly misleading)
The Island wing is terribly run down. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, furniture was old, vanity sink was cracked, light bulbs in the living room were blinking. Overall I would never call it 4-5 star hotel. It was poorly maintained and the service was very slow. I booked this place because my experience at Lotte hotels at different locations were good. This was seriously misleading. I booked this place because this hotel had VIP access for Hotels.com gold members. The service and room conditions were subpar. The room was old poorly maintained run down. Terrible. I NEVER EVER would stay here at this price. I would have paid more to stay at a better place. I heard The Tower wing is better condition. Their advertisement is Terribly misleading.

Did an overnight transit. Was clean and comfortable. AC's were a little difficult to control. Japanese-style shower was nice. Did not get to enjoy view or amenities as we had to leave early morning for flight. Airport shuttle available but pricey. Hotel deli closed early due to lack of people staying at hotel during these times.

Meh, they could do better for the price
While i was staying in one of the two rooms i purchased that was decent and clean; the others in the other room said it wasn't good. I was told about the carpet being messed up and a bunch of rust in the bathroom. They seemed to have a different experience when i thought all rooms was supposed to be the same. We also didn't have enough cups with all of us together. We all agreed too that hours for different things were stupid. How are you gonna have a pool only open from 2-8pm and on certain days of the week? The other hotel next to us had people all day and night in the pool everyday, and their pool had fancy lights too. Next time i most likely will stay somewhere else bc of these stupid hours and my friends complaining about their room.

Kimberly at the front desk was the best! She saved our stay since the room was not ready for a few hours after we got there. Food was amazing, pool was nice. The jacuzzi was luke warm which shouldn’t be a problem since it’s normally hot out, but during rainy season, warm water is needed.

The water temperature in the shower kept switching from extremely hot to extremely cold and back even though it was set for a certain temperature. The TV in the room wasn’t working. The pool floor was rough and had scrapped our feet. The main pool was closed, it was green but the kids pool was open and the green water from the main pool was still seeping into the kids pool. The hotel policy doesn’t allow outside food into the pool area. The pool bar staff said I could purchase items from their deli in the lobby since the pool bar had limited items. When I had brought drinks down to the pool, the hotel staff had loudly approached me for the items I had bought from their deli in the lobby that other guests were looking. I had to explain to the staff that I was told it was ok to do so since it wasn’t considered outside food as it was purchased from their establishment. He still continued to argue with me until I told him to take it up with the pool bar staff. Everyone else was nice and professional.

Staff was very accommodating especially towards any inconvenience we experienced while there. The only thing that was upsetting was we had this free coupon to use at The Cabane by the pool side but the lifeguard told us we can only use it on weekends. We did not have a chance to use it as we werent staying thru the weekend. As we were checking out, we saw that people were using the Cabane and it wasn't a weekend. That was the only disappointing thing.
