"The Room was immaculate, large and well appointed with a large bathroom which was spotless and also well serviced each day. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room on the River side of the building. I requested and was placed on a high floor but on the Street side which was a little disappointing but decided to deal with it. Reception at check in and out was very efficient and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good, and all of the staff in the dining room were smiley and charming, it would be unfair to single one out. All in all a very location as it is only a couple of blocks from where all the action happens and the excellent City Bus tours start (Highly recommended)"

"We stayed at the Continental Saigon Hotel from December 23 to December 28, 2025, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Saigon, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the charm and history of this iconic property. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ngân, Tùng, and Duyên. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful, always paying close attention to details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we were very well cared for by anh Chệt and his team at the Bell/Porter Desk. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our daily experience at the hotel. One moment that truly touched us happened during checkout. As we were getting into our taxi to head to the airport, em Sỹ ran out to return a SIM card we had accidentally left in our room. His level of care and honesty genuinely moved us and left a lasting impression. Thank you, Sỹ. We would also like to give special thanks to Tường Vy from the Sales Department for providing helpful information that we had missed. We are very grateful to the entire team at the Continental Saigon Hotel for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. "Very nice staff and clean rooms. We used this place as a jump off point, so we didn't utilize the hotel for all that it had. We stayed there when we came into Vietnam and the night before we left Vietnam. The hotel was clean and very close to the airport. The staff was nice, and the rooms were big. Happy with our choice to stay here. "

But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.
